We have decided to require each participant to join Delta Skymiles Last year someone lost their boarding pass after going through security. It would have been no problem if they would have used the Fly Delta app. She was very stressed trying to get a new boarding pass. Too, you can change seats (once names are added to tickets), see departure gates, load your e-ticket, and more. Here's a link to get you started if you don't have an account.
